Minimum order is release quantity unless otherwise noted.

Prices stated are based on full releases within a 6-month period.  Lower quantities will be subject to higher pricing.

 

Orders below $3000.00 require credit card or ACH direct payment.

Payment terms are 100% deposited prior to materials being shipped . Net 10 after the below criteria have been met as per QuantumElectronics policy.

QuantumElectronics reserves the right to ship a delivery variance of up +/- 5% of contracted quantity for all custom products without prior notification.

Allegedly defective products must be returned to QuantumElectronics within 30 days of delivery, with a written description of all defects.   Returns without QuantumElectronics issued Return Authorization Numbers (RMA) will not be accepted. Unless otherwise agreed too customer is responsible for return shipping. If defective product is accepted for replacement QuantumElectronics  will ship ground the return item to the original destination.

Acceptance of order is subject to receipt/approval of detailed specifications by QuantumElectronics

At the time you place your order you will receive an order  confirmation email.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and emailed accordingly. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If your order is placed before 8:00 am West coast time we will attempt to ship same day on a domestic order. 3-5 business day for international orders.

Urgent Requests- If your order is urgent please let us know by contacting our office after placing the order at QuantumElectronicssales@outlook.com

Backordered parts- If any of the items ordered are not in stock a the time of sale then you will be contacted by customer service with an estimated ship date or possible alternatives.

Damages- Quantumelectronics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes- QuantumElectronics  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return any item purchased from QuantumElectronics that has not been quoted as Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed when products are accepted for return.

Refunds- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your.
